Guru Tangguh, Pembelajaran Tumbuh: IHT Edu Global School Medan Awali Semester Genap dengan Semangat Baru

 


Bismillah. Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. Mengawali semester genap Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026, Edu Global School Medan kembali meneguhkan komitmen peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan In House Training (IHT) bagi seluruh pengajar. Kegiatan ini menjadi momentum penting untuk menyatukan semangat, visi, dan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif serta berorientasi pada tumbuh kembang peserta didik.

Mengusung tema “Guru Tangguh, Pembelajaran Tumbuh: Kompeten Mengajar”, IHT dirancang sebagai ruang penguatan kompetensi profesional guru. Melalui pelatihan ini, para pendidik diajak memperdalam pemahaman pedagogik, mengasah keterampilan mengajar, serta membangun karakter guru yang adaptif terhadap tantangan pendidikan masa kini.

Narasumber pada kegiatan IHT kali ini adalah Bapak Yoffi Andinata, S.Pd., M.Si. Dengan pengalaman dan wawasan yang luas di bidang pendidikan, beliau menyampaikan materi secara inspiratif dan aplikatif. Paparan yang disampaikan mendorong guru untuk terus berinovasi, reflektif, dan konsisten dalam menghadirkan pembelajaran yang bermakna di kelas.

IHT dilaksanakan pada Senin, 29 Desember, dan dihadiri oleh jajaran pimpinan unit sekolah. Turut hadir tiga kepala sekolah, yaitu Kepala SD Ms Dinda Kholilah Saragih, S.Pd., Kepala SMP Mr Helmi, S.Pd., M.Hum, serta Kepala SMA Ms Dilla Pastry Nentika, S.Pd. Kehadiran pimpinan sekolah ini menjadi bentuk dukungan penuh terhadap pengembangan kualitas guru di setiap jenjang.

Selain para kepala sekolah, kegiatan ini juga diikuti oleh seluruh guru dari unit SD hingga SMA. Antusiasme peserta terlihat dari keaktifan dalam diskusi dan sesi berbagi praktik baik. Melalui IHT ini, diharapkan terbangun sinergi yang kuat antarpendidik sehingga proses pembelajaran di Edu Global School Medan semakin berkualitas, relevan, dan berdaya saing.

Dengan terlaksananya IHT ini, Edu Global School Medan optimis menyongsong semester genap dengan guru-guru yang lebih tangguh dan pembelajaran yang terus bertumbuh, demi mencetak generasi unggul dan berakhlak mulia. Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
