Studi Tiru Manajemen Pendidikan: Kolaborasi SD Medan dan Bandung dalam Leadership Camp Inspiratif

Pada tanggal 27–28 Oktober, tim manajemen dari Medan melakukan kunjungan edukatif ke Bandung dalam rangka agenda studi tiru. Kunjungan ini dipimpin oleh Kepala Sekolah SD, Ms Dinda Kholilah Saragih, bersama Waka Kesiswaan, Ms Claudia Nadila. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperluas wawasan manajerial serta memperkuat kualitas kepemimpinan sekolah melalui pembelajaran langsung dari praktik terbaik di sekolah lain.


Tujuan utama studi tiru ini adalah ke SD Edu Global School Bandung, sebuah sekolah yang dikenal aktif mengembangkan program kepemimpinan dan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. Melalui kunjungan ini, tim manajemen berharap dapat menyerap inspirasi serta strategi pengelolaan sekolah yang inovatif dan aplikatif untuk diterapkan di sekolah asal.


Dalam kesempatan tersebut, rombongan Medan bertemu langsung dengan Kepala Sekolah SD Bandung, Ms Seli. Pertemuan ini menjadi ajang diskusi dan berbagi pengalaman terkait kepemimpinan sekolah, pengembangan karakter siswa, serta penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan menyenangkan. Dialog yang terjalin berlangsung hangat dan penuh semangat kolaborasi.


Agenda utama kunjungan dikemas dalam kegiatan Leadership Camp bertajuk “Creating a Safe, Fun and Educational Outdoor Adventure”. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Bumi Perkemahan D'Peak Bongkor Melatiwangi, Kecamatan Cilengkrang, Kabupaten Bandung. Melalui aktivitas luar ruang, peserta diajak memahami pentingnya kepemimpinan, kerja sama, serta pembelajaran kontekstual di alam terbuka.


Secara keseluruhan, kunjungan studi tiru ini memberikan pengalaman berharga bagi tim manajemen Medan. Selain mempererat jejaring antar sekolah, kegiatan ini juga menjadi langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu kepemimpinan dan manajemen pendidikan. Diharapkan, hasil dari studi tiru ini dapat diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan demi menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman, menyenangkan, dan edukatif bagi seluruh warga sekolah.
